PURPOSE:
To consider accepting supplemental funding in the amount of $4,500.00 from the Criminal Justice
Coordinating Council (CJCC) for DeKalb County Superior Court Felony Mental Health Court treatment services and
appropriating it in an existing award.
NEED/IMPACT:
CJCC is awarding DeKalb County Superior Court Felony Mental Health Court a supplemental fund in the amount of $4,500.00 to be used for medications for participants. The grant period is from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Match of $1,900.89 is required and will be met through Superior Court Operating and DATE Fund Budget.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Total supplemental funding provided by CJCC is $4,500. Funding must be spent by June 30th, 2019, end of
State FY 2019. Upon approval, funds will be appropriated into existing CJCC Felony Mental Health Court award.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept supplemental funding in the amount of $4,500 from CJCC for DeKalb County Superior Court Felony Mental Health Court and appropriate into an existing award;
