PURPOSE:
Consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supplies and services required to maintain the Sugar Creek Golf Course and related improvements for the entire site in a manner that promotes and supports operations at a level consistent with a high-quality municipal golf facility. Two (2) bids were received.

Amount Not To Exceed: $712,235.00
And authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
