PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on April 24, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $260,000.00. This request is to terminate for convenience pursuant to the contract’s General Terms and Conditions, Section O, Termination of Agreement. Sanitation has chosen not to exercise the renewal option and will be re-soliciting these services. The rocks are needed to for the building and repairing of roads and instead of buying the rock from a rock quarry, this service allows us to recycle the concrete and asphalt into rock. There is a critical need for these services as the last time services were rendered was July 31, 2018.
