PURPOSE:
Consists of upgrading all functional systems at 952 Leon Street, which includes roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and resealing the building envelope. Three (3) proposals were received.

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,200,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
