PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $275,950.00. On February 27, 2018, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $80,000.00. It can be difficult to know exactly when these services are needed; therefore, DWM may need silt fence installed on certain jobs and always need to have it available, so that they are able to respond appropriately during emergencies and not be in violation of EPD regulations regarding erosion control and silt run-off. This request is to exercise the 2nd and final renewal option.

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through March 31, 2020 with:
