PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 25, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $1,736,448.00. This request is to add funding and extend the existing lease arrangements on a month-to-month basis through December 31, 2019 to allow the County to complete the migration of an alternate system or facility.

Amount Not To Exceed: $315,630.00
and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
