PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 26, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $177,000.00. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $190,000.00. On March 27, 2018, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $190,000.00. This request is to extend the contract term through December 31, 2019 to ensure continuous operations during the transition of the Facility to the City of Stonecrest.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
StandGuard Aquatics, Inc., 5665 Atlanta Highway, Suite 103-168, Alpharetta, GA 30004
Amount Not To Exceed: $190,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
