PURPOSE:
Consists of full replacement of the fire detection and alarm system in all housing towers and support spaces to provide a totally new, integrated and fully functional system. Two (2) proposals were received.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:

Amount Not To Exceed: $2,234,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
