PURPOSE:
To record the appointment of Randall Mangham to the DeKalb County Citizens Oversight Committee for SPLOST Revenues and Expenditures.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Clerk to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the Commission meeting minutes to reflect all appointments made by individual Commissioners.

Recommended Action
To direct the Clerk to record this appointment of Randall Mangham as a member of the DeKalb County Citizens Oversight Committee for SPLOST Revenues and Expenditures, District 7 Post, appointed by the District 7 Commissioner, with a term to begin April 1, 2019 and end on December 31, 2023, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
