PURPOSE:
Consists of the purchase, installation and maintenance of four (4) NOMS and NMTS systems. This request is to replace the Airport’s aging noise monitors. The systems will also allow the Airport to obtain data that will increase transparency, response time and knowledge sharing of the operations and community noise concerns. The current noise monitor systems were installed and has been in place since March 2003. Three (3) proposals were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
