The contract consists of mowing and lawn maintenance services at 128 right-of-way locations throughout the County. This request is to rescind the award to NGL & Erosion Control Group (NGL) and award to the two alternate awardees: Flex Landscaping and Executive Realty Group. Total Amount Not To Exceed: $700,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 12, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $942,000.00. NGL was awarded as Primary for Groups 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Flex Landscaping was awarded as an Alternate for Groups 1, 2, 3 and 5 and Executive Realty Group was awarded an Alternate for Group. On March 27, 2019, NGL submitted a written request to withdraw their contract. This request is to award NGL’s contract and transfer funding to the alternate awardees. The alternate awardees have been assigned work to ensure that these services stay on schedule.
