PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 24, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $3,950,877.24. On March 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add seven (7) locations with armed services and change one (1) location from unarmed to armed services. On November 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add one (1) location due to the relocation of Utility Customer Operations (UCO). On January 9, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,383,200.00. On January 8, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $680,000.00 and extended the contract term for six (6) months. This request is for funding for the remaining term of the contract to cover needed Security Services for various departments, outstanding invoices, and any unforeseen activities through the contract's expiration date.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 5 with:
All(n)1 Security Services, Inc., 3915 Cascade Road, Suite 340, Atlanta, GA 30331
Amount Not To Exceed: $450,049.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
