PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 7, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,396,538.00. On April 10, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contracts to December 31, 2019 and increased the contracts for an amount not to exceed $2,400,000.00. This request is for additional funds to complete the growing backlog of stormwater infrastructure projects.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
