PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light Special Tax District 119B in Land Lots 148 and 173 of the 15th District for the following streets: Red Maple Ridge, River Birch Lane and East Lake Forest Trace; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. The developers paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs for the street lights required for the new development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed eighty-four cents ($0.84) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 119B in Land Lots 148 and 173 of the 15th District for Red Maple Ridge, River Birch Lane and East Lake Forest Trace; and
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project
