PURPOSE:
Requesting approval for the transfer of funds received by the Marshal’s Office from a State mandated/Court authorized Marshal’s Office auction of unclaimed property to the Marshal’s Office (3720) Operating Supplies account (531101).
NEED/IMPACT:
Funds are needed to purchase additional emergency equipment that will be used for law enforcement and public safety operations.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Amount received by Marshal’s Office from this auction is $6520. Request will affect the 2019 budget.
