The appointment of Dwight L. Thomas, Esq. to the Charter Review Commission.

To appoint Dwight L. Thomas, Esq. as a member of the Charter Review Commission that will conduct a comprehensive review of the Organizational Act and make recommendations on the governance structure of DeKalb County.

The approve Dwight L. Thomas, Esq. as a member of the Charter Review Commission appointed by the District 7 Commissioner, with a term to begin immediately and end on December 31, 2020, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
