PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 23, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. On June 26, 2018, the BOC approved the first renewal option for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. The One Stop Operator, which currently is In The Door, LLC., is required to coordinate the delivery of partner program services at WorkSource DeKalb, ensuring that the one stop partners can provide customers with career services, training services, and other employment related services provided by required partner programs. WIOA regulations beginning in Program Year 17 required procurement of One Stop Operators. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through June 30, 2020 with:

Amount Not To Exceed: $125,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
