PURPOSE:
Services provided include, but are not limited to, adoption counseling, financial counseling, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse counseling, etc. Although SWC Contract No. 40300-240-DAS0000100-0002 is valid through June 30, 2020, this request is to purchase from the cooperative agreement through December 31, 2019 as the County solicits and secures a new contract for these services by the close of 2019.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval to purchase from SWC Contract No. 40300-240-DAS0000100-0002 with:
KEPRO Acquisitions, Inc., 777 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111
Amount Not To Exceed: $57,540.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
