PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. This contract consists of providing technical, professional, and administrative staff to execute land and easement acquisition services and other related activities associated with land and easement acquisitions. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option. This next year will require the vendor to continue easement research along with more acquisitions and condemnations as the work progresses. If the contract is not renewed, the county will not have a contract in place for easement acquisitions.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through June 30, 2020 with:
Moreland Altobelli Associates, LLC, 2450 Commerce Avenue, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,120,380.00
Recommended Action
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
