PURPOSE:

Consists of minor roof repairs, flashing repairs, membrane replacement and total roof replacement for thermoplastic, roll roofing, shingles and metal roof types. The method of repair and replacement utilized includes the hot and cold applied multi ply roofing systems, built up roofing, single ply roofing, metal, mechanically attached PVC membrane and shingle roofing systems. Five (5) bids were received.
