PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of Standardized Lease Agreement with Aulick Engineering, LLC for Office 2H, effective February 28, 2019; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Office to execute the Termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with Section 10.D, Cancellation, the Lessee desires to terminate the Standardized Lease Agreement for Office 2H, effective February 28, 2019, because the leased space is no longer needed.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
