PURPOSE:
On March 6, 2019, PO No. 1149456 was approved for an amount not to exceed $49,200.00. On April 2, 2019, Change Order No. 1 was approved for an amount not to exceed $49,200.00. This request is to add additional funding as well as to extend the expiration date for additional work needed for the completion of services and to avoid further delays. A new solicitation ITB for this service is currently in process and an annual contract is anticipated to begin in August 2019.
