PURPOSE:
Authorize the expansion of the Metro South CID
NEED/IMPACT:
The Metro South CID has added members and seeks to expand. State law requires the Governing Authority approve the creation and expansion of Community Improvement Districts.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None to DeKalb County, though property owners in the CID are subjecting themselves to a higher millage rate that is dedicated to the CID.
