This contract consists of disaster recovery cleaning and supplementary services for repairs to heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems affected by water and sewer spills. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 24, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. On November 14, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $665,000.00. On May 8, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $765,000.00 to cover the remaining renewal term of the contract and ratification of PO 1097604. On December 11, 2018, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $625,000.00. This request is to increase the contract amount to repair extensive water damage at the Police Headquarters located at 1960 W. Exchange Place as well as continue to provide necessary services for unexpected damage throughout the remaining contract term.
