PURPOSE:
To authorize the ABC docu-reality series “Hearts of Heroes” to use DeKalb County symbols and nomenclature to highlight the courageous efforts of the DeKalb County, Georgia, Fire Department.
NEED/IMPACT:
The docu-reality series re-tells real life stories of first responders and the victims of incidents in DeKalb County. The appropriate symbols and nomenclature are needed to enhance the shows authenticity and impact.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the county.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
