PURPOSE:
To appropriate District 6 reserve for appropriation funds for three (3) Capital Improvement Projects requested by the DeKalb Community Service Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Community Services Board requested Capital Improvements Plan funding for 3 major repairs: a $60,000 exterior wall repair at the Fox Recovery center (CIP Request No 2019-100.31), a $150,000 roof repair at the Crisis Center (CIP Request No 2019-100.32); and a $150,000 roof repair at the Kirkwood facility (CIP Request No 2019-100.34). These capital improvement repairs will be funded using funds reserved in the General Fund for District 6.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Contributions - General Fund - Transfer to CIP Fund (09041.611350.100.0000.0000) - $360,000
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - General Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09110.579002.100.0000.0000) - $360,000

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
