PURPOSE:

Consists of providing on-call, comprehensive architectural and engineering services shall include, but not be limited to: architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture, technical specification development, master planning/site planning, site surveying, historic preservation, civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, irrigation design, cost estimating and construction administration. Ten (10) proposals were received.
