PURPOSE:
To consider accepting $197,500.00 from the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for DeKalb County Accountability Courts and appropriating it into a New Fund Account
NEED/IMPACT:
DBHDD is awarding DeKalb County Accountability Courts $197,500.00 to be used for psychiatric & nursing services, treatment services, drug testing supplies, administrative services, and transportation costs for program participants The contract period is from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, and no match is required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for all services provided by Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) in the amount of $197,500.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept $197,500.00 from DBHDD for DeKalb County Accountability Courts and appropriate into a new award.
