PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on July 24, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00.  This request is to increase the allocation of funding for the two vendors to provide for the construction of new and replacement sidewalks identified in the SPLOST program.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

 

Autaco Development, 2099 Washington Road, East Point, GA  30344 (Note:  LSBE-MSA Firm)

Note: LSBE Participation: 20%

Estimated Amount: $500,000.00

 

SD&C, Inc., 4773 Covington Highway, Decatur, GA 30035 (Note: LSBE-DeKalb Firm)

Estimated Amount:  $500,000.00

 

Total Amount Not To Exceed: $1,000,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
