PURPOSE:
This request is for approval for consulting services with regulatory authorities to verify the County’s level of compliance and to provide additional, non-legal recommendations needed to meet the County’s strategic goals to meet the Consent Decree requirements and deadlines.
NEED/IMPACT:
Continued evaluation of the County’s Consent Decree Program with the EPA and EPD for the purpose of ensuring proper and timely discharge of the County’s responsibilities pursuant to the program.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The maximum obligation on the part of the County is $50,000.00 for calendar year 2019, $100,000.00 for calendar year 2020 and $50,000.00 for calendar year 2021.
