PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 26, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. This contract consists of piggybacking off the OMNIA Partners (formerly National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (IPA)) competitively-let cooperative agreement, Lead Agency, Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) to provide supplemental HVAC equipment, installation, service and related products. This contract supplements the County’s current contracts to ensure continuous equipment operation and services. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option.
