PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 24, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $1,298,999.00. Due to a delayed project start and weather delays, this project is behind schedule. This request is to extend the contract’s term to March 31, 2020 to allow the work to be completed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Astra Group, Inc., 300 Churchill Ct., Woodstock GA, 30188
and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
