PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. On December 5, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $351,700.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $506,570.00. The County has been utilizing this system sine 2007. TSG Automation is the only local distributer for the manufacturer Delta Controls to provide services. This request is for additional funding to continue to control and monitor County owned equipment in approximately 150 facilities including routine maintenance and repairs.
