PURPOSE:

Awarded on September 11, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $90,000.00. On May 9, 2019, Change Order No. 1 was approved to increase the contract amount by $10,000.00 for additional pest control services to include installing extra mouse boxes and termite services. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option.
