PURPOSE:
Transfer $25,000 of District 4- 2019 mid-year reserve funds to Project R.I.S.E Up a Youth Services initiative of the Human Services Department grant account #611250.
NEED/IMPACT:
Thirty-five students will be recruited from a District 4 DeKalb County Middle School and will complete ten weeks of the R.I.S.E Up Leadership Development Program.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$25,000 from District 4 reserve funds from 2019 mid-year budget allocation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
