PURPOSE:
This project consists of the construction of Cell 1 and subgrade of Cell 2, clearing/ grubbing; the purchase and installation of a new leachate storage tank, as well as installation of all required stormwater and erosion and sedimentation (E&S) controls. The capacity of the County’s current landfill storage is reaching its maximum limit. By adding an additional Cell 1 and Cell 2 subgrade, the County can continue waste disposal for its residents and businesses. Two (2) bids were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
