PURPOSE:
The County has been utilizing this system since 2004 and is currently using on an old version of the software which must be upgraded to continue maintaining a high quality of service for the County’s vehicles. This is a proprietary software and the vendor is the only supplier that can provide it and the necessary services to migrate from the current version.
