PURPOSE:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department seeks BOC approval of the master plan for Kittredge Park
NEED/IMPACT:
The Kittredge Park master plan designs a 23.7 acre park that includes day use recreation, pedestrian bridge crossing, trailhead, open fields, restroom, playground, shelter, pervious parking and educational opportunities.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to operating budget. Project cost and funding have not been determined (to be updated before implementation).
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the Kittredge Park Master Plan and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
