PURPOSE:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department seeks BOC approval of the master plan for Ellenwood Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
The master plan for Ellenwood Park includes a community center, playground and multi-use court, pavilions, walking/running trails, amphitheater, boardwalk and other amenities as outlined in the master plan.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to current operating budget. The estimated project cost is $12 Million.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the Ellenwood Park Master Plan and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
