PURPOSE:
To appropriate Super District 6 reserve for appropriation funds for Library books and materials, as well as for furniture at the Decatur branch
NEED/IMPACT:
The Library will be appropriated $25,000 for books and materials.
The Library will be appropriated $115,000 for furniture at the Decatur branch
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Library - General Fund - Books & Subscriptions (06840.531401.100.0000.0000) - $25,000
Library - General Fund - Other Equipment (06810.542301.100.0000.0000) - $115,000
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - General Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09110.579002.100.0000.0000) - $140,000
