PURPOSE:
Approve the request for consulting services with Lexicon Strategies to explore the opportunity for a CID within the Memorial Drive Corridor between I-285 and Stone Mountain.
NEED/IMPACT:
Study CID viability and impact on the Memorial Drive Corridor between I-285 and Stone Mountain.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$81,900.00 reserved District 4 mid- year budget allocation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. The contract attached is draft and subject to final negotiations and approval as to form by Law.
