PURPOSE:
Awarded on April 26, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On April 25, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On March 27, 2018, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On May 14, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contracts to December 31, 2019 and increased the contracts for an amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. This request is for additional funding and to extend the contract term for three (3) months through March 31, 2020 to allow for a new solicitation to be processed and awarded.
