PURPOSE:
Consists of providing emergency (911) ambulance services and direct billing and collections for ambulance transport and non-transport accounts to DeKalb County citizens at no cost to the County. The Service Provider collects all fees for its services. Three (3) proposals were received.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
