PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 28, 2013 as a revenue generating contract. This contract consists of providing vending machines that contain snacks, drink and other equipment to include change machines and microwave services at various County locations. This request is to extend the contract term for an additional three (3) months through March 31, 2020 to complete the solicitation process and contract execution.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Old Fashion Foods, Inc., 5521 Collins Blvd., Austell, GA 30106
and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
