PURPOSE:
Awarded on January 22, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. On June 11, 2019, Change Order No.1 was approved to increase the contract amount by $685,500.00 for the demolition and installation of new toilets and urinals in 109 County buildings in accordance with the Consent Decree. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option.
