PURPOSE:
To approve additional (Sign Toppers) to the existing Kelly Lake within DeKalb County right-of-way to identify the Kelly Lake neighborhood.
NEED/IMPACT:
The installation of the Sign Toppers will serve to identify the Kelly Lake neighborhood to the traveling public. The area residents have hired Sign-A-Rama-Decatur, GA who has provided the necessary insurance documentation, and will bear the responsibility of installing and maintaining the signs. The signage will be permitted by Public Works-Roads and Drainage as a utility permit. The signs will be installed on existing street signs within the Kelly Lake neighborhood.
