PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,172,000.00. On April 25, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On January 9, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $1,206,266.00. This request is to extend the contracts’ term to March 31, 2020 and to increase the contracts’ amount to allow continued services as the solicitation process is completed and a new contract(s) is awarded, which is currently in the advertisement phase.
