PURPOSE:
This item is to designate funds for the construction of pavilions at all District 5 Libraries. DeKalb County Facilities Management and District 5 staff have collaborated to orchestrate all the details for this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The construction of each of the pavilions will add to the quality of life for the residents of the 5th District. The pavilions will allow constituents to enjoy the outdoors while patronizing our local libraries.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$158,124.50 from the District 5 General Fund Reserve for Appropriation.

To record the designation of the funds by Commissioner Mereda Davis Johnson and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute all necessary documents
