PURPOSE:
To appropriate District 2 reserve for appropriation funds into a capital account for District 2 sidewalks.
NEED/IMPACT:
This appropriation moves the balance of the District 2 Designated Services reserve for appropriation into a capital account for District 2 sidewalks.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following accounts by the amounts indicated below:
Contributions - Designated Services Fund - Transfer to CIP Fund (09043.611350.271.0000.0000) - $200,000
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Designated Services Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09120.579002.271.0000.0000) - $200,000

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
