PURPOSE:

To appropriate District 7 reserves to the City of Pine Lake to assist with the acquisition of a parking lot at 425 Spring- 18 041 08 049 and 431 Spring- 18 041 08 048.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The $15,000 appropriation to the City of Pine lake will be used to provide additional parking for the public through the acquisition of property at 425 Spring 18 041 08 049 and 431 Spring 18 041 08 048. The parking lot is currently owned by Blueprint Church. The City of Pine Lake plans to restore the parking lot, which currently is in disrepair, and make it available to expand parking for the public to access the City of Pine Lake government building and offices, court services, and other city-related uses.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below: Non-Departmental - Designated Services Fund - Other Miscellaneous Payments (09110.573099.271.0000.0000) - $15,000

 

Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:

Non-Departmental - Designated Services Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09110.579002.271.0000.0000) - $15,000

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
